Baptized when your 8
This post actually happened a couple weeks ago I am just now posting it. Tylie was crying the other day saying to me she wished she had no brothers or sisters or even better maybe she could move in with Gracia who has no brothers or sisters. So I said let me call and ask Wendy if that would be OK. Well bless Tate's little heart he was so concerned. He got so serious and so sincere and said Tylie if your going to move in with Gracia will you please please just wait 2 years. If you live with them you won't be able to get baptized. They don't go to our church. You have to get baptized when your 8 you just have to. I love kids and the way they really think about things and how concerned Tate was for his little sister that there may be a possibility she would not get baptized.
A Run Run Run Run Run Away
Last night I was laying in bed with Tylie and Grady. I had just told them I loved them when Tylie says," (with a big sigh) I was going to pack my hot pink suitcase and run away today!! I forgot I have to remember tomorrow. Me, the mom says well that stinks how could you have forgotten something like that? Let me know if you need a reminder tomorrow. I think my comment completely caught her off guard. Oh how I love my little Tylie of course I would never actually remind her to run away, but sometimes the drama and how dramatic she is just kind of gets old and you just learn not to react. There are somedays there is no drama well actually 9 out of 10 days but oh that one day is enough. GIRLS YOU GOTTA LOVE THEM.

so kind and lets each grandkid pick out their costume for Halloween. So Tate was thumbing through the magazine and found this awesome costume.
Tylie wanted to be a cheerleader not just any cheerleader but a Madison Central Jaguar Cheerleader. We went to the homecoming pep rally and we have never seen anything quite like this pep rally !! It is def a Southern thing Sports are HUGE down here. Anyway Tylie love loved the cheerleaders and this is the exact outfit they wear when they cheer. The best part about it is Tylie gets to wear it to school on game days.

FIRST DAY OF SNOW 2008
Today I was helping Tylie write a letter to her Uncle Mark who is serving a mission. While she was figuring out how to write an E. I looked out the window to this. ( Don't worry I will post pictures just haven't quite figured that out yet.)
My kids were so excited. We have not seen Snow for a long time being that we have lived in Phoenix. So of course after 30 minutes of putting on the snow suits, boots jackets, coats, beanies, gloves, and whatever else you could think of they were set.
I am going to have to say I have a love hate relationship with the snow. I love it because it is so beautiful, peaceful, calming. I hate it because I have to be outside in it. I used to be able to enjoy it from the window reading a great book covered by a blanket. But when you have 3 little ones you have to be a part of it. So after getting them out the door, then I had to gear up. Don't worry my gear consisted of my pajama bottoms I was already wearing. A pair of Scott shoes (and no I had no socks on) and of course a jacket. Lucky for me it wasn't freezing at this point. I got a work out pushing the kids up and down the hill in the sled. I'm pretty sure there was only 1/8 of an inch of snow on the ground and the sled was not moving at a rapid speed by any means without me pulling. Had a snow fight with Tate, jumped on the tramp, made snow angels. Then the snow started to melt, and it was time to get the kids ready for school. I don't think I rally have any idea what I am in for. A UTAH WINTER. OH PLEASE HELP ME!!!!!

I'm finally Blogging!
Thanks to my friend Lori, I am an official Blogger! Lori had us over for dinner tonight and after a quick cleanup, we sat down to set up our blog. I still have no idea what I am doing, but I'm sure it will come with time and many mistakes.
